1978 Pacific Seacraft 25
Charming double-ended pocket cruiser designed by Henry Mohrschladt and built by Pacific Seacraft! Don't be deceived by her size--these boats have crossed oceans and with her full keel she's right at home in typical Bay conditions as well. In addition, she's in fine shape inside and out and shows very nicely--note especially the bright work, almost no time on Profurl rollerfurler and tanbark sails (all installed in 2020, plus a new dodger installed in 2023; the current owner reportedly has about $40,000 in the boat).
Also note she's lying in a great Sausalito Yacht Harbor slip right on the boardwalk; this slip is potentially transferable, which is a material benefit if you're able to take advantage--there's a long waiting list to get into the marina here...
